A REFORMER HEAL FIT
A Reformer Heal Fit is a corrective exercise studio is located in Savannah Place, Tseung Kwan O.
After more than two years of hard work at 299 square-foot studio, our A Reformer Heal Fit team, enter a new chapter in the study of fitness training and pain relief. We moved into a 1,200-square-foot studio in Savannah Place.
GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, Pilates equipment exercises and comprehensive manual therapy, we were able to improve students' health with movement.
We believe that GYROTONIC® Expansion System and Pilates are just a starting point. In the future, we will continue to learn more skills in physical training, and hope to share with you our learnings during class.

Ausker, One of my favourite teachers I met few years back. Super passionate about body anatomy and promoting gyrotonic. Knowing my body type even tho I have experience in ballet and yoga, she can immediately spot on my problem. And trying to help me out at her maximum efforts. I can't sit for long, and in the worst case, it will pinch the nerves and cause numbness and swelling in the foot.
